Regular Maintenance
Our goal is to ensure the best level of service is provided with each and every delivery. All of our equipment is monitored both electronically and through site visits by our staff. We continuously track inventory, equipment, refunds, and other analytical data using a variety of reporting tools, to ensure our service levels are the best in the industry.
Customer Calls
All customer calls are immediately dispatched to our route personnel, operations manager, and/or technicians for immediate response. Information on all calls is reported and reviewed weekly by management.
Quality Standards
Our warehouses maintain the highest quality standards and procedures for product freshness. All of our area facilities encompass walk-in freezers, walk-in refrigerator areas, and temperature controlled rooms.
